Mgr. Viktória Takácsová, LL.M.
Attorney-at-law
Welcome to my website. My name is Viktória Takácsová and I am an attorney-at-law with a licence to practice in the Czech Republic. I offer an empathetic approach and clear explanation of the situation to anyone seeking my help. I propose solutions with focus on efficiency, ensuring that the client feels involved in the entire process and can make informed decisions at every step.
Clients can rely on my analytical and critical thinking, as well as my persistence in defending their interests. I have been refining my public speaking and persuasion skills since high school through debate competitions, and after university, I continued honing my argumentation skills in the courtroom. Representing clients in court is thus a blend of my passion and profession.
All legal matters important to you are equally important to me. No case is too small for me to tackle with full commitment if you choose me as your legal partner. I look forward to working with you.

I earned my Master's degree from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno, and my professional title of Master of Law was awarded to me for completing studies in International Criminal Law and the Law of International Organizations at the University of Birmingham. I also spent one semester at the University of A Coruña in Spain.
I began gaining legal experience during my studies, primarily through internships at an enforcement office, the Office for International Legal Protection of Children, the Supreme Administrative Court, and a debt collection agency. After completing my studies, I worked for one year at a law firm specializing in general practice. I completed my legal internship at a firm focused on civil procedural law, contractual relationships, enforcement, and insolvency. Since passing the bar exam, I have been practicing as an independent attorney.
Professionally, I specialize in private law, particularly in civil substantive and procedural law, labor law, and family law. I also offer expertise in debt recovery, enforcement, and insolvency proceedings. Additionally, I provide legal advice in consumer disputes and have extensive experience representing clients in court.

Lump Sum Fee Structure
This fee arrangement is ideal for clients seeking ongoing legal support rather than one-time assistance. It is designed for those who require repeated legal advice and long-term collaboration. Based on the anticipated scope of legal services and the expected time commitment, we will establish a fixed monthly fee. This amount remains unchanged, ensuring cost predictability—no additional charges apply, regardless of the number of hours worked.
as agreed
Hourly Fee Structure
Under this arrangement, you are charged based on the actual time spent working on your case. Depending on the complexity of the matter, the hourly rate ranges from 2,000 to 3,500 CZK. Before commencing legal services, I will provide an estimated total fee and keep you informed of the hours worked and the progress made on your case.
2,000-3,500 CZK
Tariff-Based Remuneration
The legal fee is determined by the number of legal acts (services) to be rendered in a particular case. The types of legal acts and the calculation of the fee for each act of legal service are specified in the Advocate's Tariff (Decree of the Ministry of Justice No. 177/1996 Coll., on Advocates' Fees and Compensation of Advocates for the Provision of Legal Services). A typical act of legal service is, for example, drafting a lawsuit, attending a court hearing, etc.
by act
Fixed-Fee Arrangement
Under this structure, a predetermined fee is set for the entire case, irrespective of the time spent on legal work. This approach is commonly used for straightforward legal matters, such as an uncontested divorce, which can be agreed upon for a fixed fee of up to 15,000 CZK. This fee covers the entire divorce process, including initial consultations, drafting all necessary motions and agreements, and attending the court hearing (assuming it takes place in Brno).
by case
Share-Based Remuneration
Under a contingent fee arrangement, my fee is determined as a percentage of the amount successfully recovered on behalf of my clients. This means that payment is contingent upon a favorable outcome, aligning my compensation with the results achieved.
