  • Object to the processing of personal data (if processing is based on public interest)

You also have the right to restrict the processing of your data if:

  • You dispute the accuracy of the data (until this is verified or updated)
  • The data is not necessary for the above-mentioned purposes, but you request its processing for another purpose
  • You have objected to the processing (until the validity of your objection is evaluated)
  • The data processing was unlawful, but you request a restriction on processing rather than erasure

Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

I do not transfer your personal data to third parties without your prior consent, except in cases where:

  • Required by law
  • Necessary for the provision of legal services (e.g., to an expert for the preparation of an opinion, to a postal service provider when sending a pre-litigation notice, etc.)
  • Your data is stored in the Evolio information system created by AVE Soft s.r.o., which meets all security requirements for electronic records of legal files
  • Your personal data is processed within the territory of EU member states and may be processed in third countries in the future only in accordance with applicable law (e.g., if the country ensures an adequate level of protection according to a decision by the European Commission, or if there are other adequate safeguards for data protection)

Security and Processing of Personal Data

Your personal data is processed manually and automatically using applications and software, for example, in electronic legal files.

However, your personal data is always protected by technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, or unauthorized access.
